Terms & Conditions – Finclimb Money
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user of the mobile application and website branded as “Finclimb Money”, operated by Finclimb Wealth Advisory Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), and govern your use of the services offered through the Platform. By accessing, downloading, registering, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time at our sole discretion. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Platform.
The Platform currently enables users to access and use financial services, including but not limited to (i) the facilitation of purchase and sale of digital gold through our authorized partners, and (ii) the facilitation of investment in mutual funds and related products through SEBI-registered intermediaries and distributors. The Company is only a technology and facilitation provider, and all transactions are executed exclusively through third-party entities duly regulated by applicable authorities (including SEBI, RBI, and other regulators). The Company does not provide any investment guarantees, assured returns, or personalized financial advice unless explicitly covered under regulatory permissions.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information as may be required for registration, KYC, or transactions. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities undertaken through your account. You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes, including money laundering, data scraping, reverse engineering, or any activity prohibited under Indian law.
All content, logos, software, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Company, and you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Platform solely for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or exploit the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted under these Terms.
The Company disclaims any liability for inaccuracies, errors, delays, or interruptions in service, or for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the Platform. Digital gold and mutual fund investments are subject to risks, including but not limited to market volatility, regulatory changes, or third-party defaults, and you acknowledge that you invest or transact entirely at your own risk. Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks; please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to your account at its sole discretion if any suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity is detected, or in case of violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Platform shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
