Finclimb Account Deletion

1. How to delete your Finclimb account
If you have created an account in the Finclimb app, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

You can initiate account deletion using the below steps:

  • Send an email to support@finclimb.money from your registered email ID

  • Use the subject line: “Finclimb account deletion request”

  • Include:

    • Full name

    • Registered mobile number

    • Registered email address

    • Reason for deletion (optional)

2. What will be deleted
When we process your account deletion request, we will:

  • Permanently delete your app login account and access.

  • Delete or anonymize your profile details (name, email, phone) from active systems, except where we are required by law to retain data.

· Remove access to your portfolio view in the app.

3. What we must keep (regulatory requirements)
Finclimb operates in a regulated financial environment. For compliance, audit, tax and anti‑money laundering (AML/KYC) purposes, we may be required under Indian law to retain certain records (such as KYC data and transaction history) for a minimum period even after your account is deleted.

This means:

  • Your account will be closed and no further transactions will be possible.

  • Some transaction and KYC records may be stored securely for the legally required retention period and will not be used for marketing.

4. Timelines

  • We aim to process account deletion requests within 7–30 days of verifying your identity.

  • If we need more information to complete your request, our team will contact you at your registered email address.

5. Subscriptions and payments
Finclimb currently does not offer auto‑renewing subscriptions.
If this changes in the future, you will need to cancel any active subscriptions via the App Store / Google Play before deleting your account.
